Entrepreneur Through Acquisition (ETA) Program

The HOLD.co ETA Program is dedicated to empowering aspiring entrepreneurs through acquisition by providing the resources, mentorship, and capital needed to successfully acquire and grow small to mid-sized businesses. We focus on supporting independent sponsors by equipping them with strategic guidance, operational expertise, and flexible investment structures that align with long-term value creation. Our mission is to cultivate a new generation of business owners who drive sustainable growth, create jobs, and build lasting legacies through principled and strategic acquisitions.

Funding Your Deal

ETA Meetings

As a collaborative, mastermind cohort, the ETA program participants meet bi-monthly. In these meetings we discuss deals, transaction structures, introducing other ETA members and--perhaps most importantly--bringing capital providers and LPs to discuss the types of deals they can fund. We also collaborate on how to take down the deals we are actively seeing as a group.

Integrity Standards

ETA Agreement

All participants must sign an Agreement outlining the terms of engagement, confidentiality, and professional conduct. This Agreement ensures that members uphold the integrity of the community by maintaining strict confidentiality regarding shared deal flow, proprietary insights, and investor relationships. Participants agree to engage in respectful, value-driven discussions, refrain from solicitation without prior approval, and comply with all applicable legal and ethical standards.
